Aggarwal Tour Packages offers 100% protection in case of cancellation, subject to the timelines below. Exact terms may vary slightly by package and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Standard domestic packages

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before travel — full refund.
• 7–14 days before travel — 50% refund.
• Within 7 days of travel — no refund.

International packages

• Free cancellation up to 20 days before travel — full refund.
• 10–19 days before travel — 50% refund.
• Within 10 days of travel — no refund.

How to cancel

To cancel or reschedule a booking, message us on WhatsApp or call our office with your booking details. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days.
